I really like that each box has its own theme because it makes opening it feel a little more exciting, like, okay, what’s the vibe this month? The snacks and small items usually feel thoughtfully chosen too, not just tossed in randomly to fill space. Some months I’m definitely more into than others, but overall I keep thinking it’s a really cute box and a fun little treat to get

I got the tracking info and had a good idea of about when it was going to show up. The updates came through fine, so I wasn’t left guessing too much.

Not gonna lie, I really liked the idea of the box and it looked cute overall, but the way it arrived was kind of disappointing. A few items were loose inside, and the outside box had some dents, so it didn’t feel very carefully packed. Nothing was completely ruined, but for the price, I was expecting it to look a little more put together and presentable.

I loved how this box wasn’t just the same boring thing over and over. There were snacks, ramen, drinks, and even some cute little Korean items mixed in, which made it way more fun. Like, why do some boxes act like three bags of similar snacks is enough? This one actually felt exciting to open because I didn’t know what I was going to find next...

I got my Seoulbox last week, and to be fair, most of the snacks were fresh and packed really well. The chips were still crunchy, the candies tasted fine, and nothing had that stale, old flavor I was kind of worried about.

That said, I did feel a bit misled because one of the small cake snacks was already close to its date, which wasn’t what I expected from a box like this. It still tasted okay, but it made the whole thing feel a little less exciting. Overall it was a decent box, but I’m not totally sure I’d rush to order again.

The delivery was solid. My box showed up on time most months, and there was just one time when it came a little late, but not a huge deal. Tracking worked fine, nothing arrived damaged, so yeah, overall I was happy with it...

I’ll give them credit, the billing part was straightforward. The price was shown clearly before I paid, and I got the confirmation email right away, which I appreciated. I was kind of expecting some random extra fee to show up later, but thankfully that didn’t happen. So overall it was a good experience, even if I was a bit skeptical going in.

I messaged support and it took a few days to hear back, which was kinda frustrating. Not the worst ever, but def slower than I expected.

I don’t know, maybe I was expecting something different, but it just didn’t really feel like authentic Korean food to me. Something about it felt a bit off or kind of fake.

Changing my subscription was simple, I was able to skip a box without too much hassle and even though it took me a minute to figure out where the right page was, once I found it everything worked fine.

The box looked really nice once it finally showed up. Shipping was slower than I expected, and the tracking didn’t really update for a few days, which was a little frustrating. But it wasn’t a huge deal in the end. I just would’ve liked it to get here a bit sooner

What they advertise is not what you get. I would choose other boxes.
